LAB.C’S WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

This warranty is provided by LAB.C to the original purchaser who purchased the product from an authorized seller of LAB.C product. We take responsibility for the condition of our products. Contact us and we will help resolve any issues. This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.

1 Year Warranty

LAB.C offers a 1 year warranty for applicable product.

Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1 year warranty. In order for your product to have warranty, you must have valid proof of purchase. To request a replacement or refund, contact customer service and give reason for return. Returned item will go into inspection and will be tested to see if item is eligible for warranty. All LAB.C’s items excluding cases, are eligible for the 1 year warranty.

 

If product is eligible for warranty, LAB.C will provide replacement item or a full refund. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. These are items that inevitably degrade over time.

Exclusions

– Warranty will not be covered for damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use.

– Purchases made over 12 months ago.

– Lost or stolen products

– Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Submit a Warranty Claim

If you find that your product has legitimately failed due to a manufacturing defect you’ll be able request a replacement or refund.

Depending on your case, shipping costs for sending back your product will be in the responsibility of the product owner. Once the product is received by LAB.C the product will be inspected to determine if it is covered under LAB.C’s warranty.
